The Great Gatsby
(Title sequence / Motion Graphics)

The Great Gatsby project was created in Title sequence class in term 4. Based on the novel, and described the story summary. The storyboard was following the story and for describing it, I studied the history of NY in 1925 and found out hats and cars described the celebrities in the era. Used texture to illustrate the nostalgic image.

- Described two sides of celebrity life, however, it was not enough to illustrate the era: 1925 in NY. Therefore I have researched about the era to demonstrate the two sides more to emphasize audiences.

By researching, I found out the cab and the city skyline helped to describe New York city in 1925. Moreover, fashion, especially hats demonstrated celebrities in the era.

Learned from the project 

I have learned that research was important to describe the story and deliver the message rightly, moreover, the research made the coherence story to empathize with audiences
